Our commitment

At Thinking Presents LLC (operating as Thinking Presents™), we believe a thoughtful gift should be easy for everyone to find, choose, and send. That commitment extends to our website. We are working to make thinkingpresents.com accessible to all visitors, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, and other assistive technologies.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, an internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines also serve as the technical reference for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) in the European Union.

What we are doing

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. As part of our work, we:

• Regularly review our site for color contrast, alternative text on images, heading structure, keyboard navigation, and compatibility with screen readers

• Write meaningful alternative text for product photography so customers using screen readers can understand what each gift looks like

• Audit new content, themes, and apps before publishing to make sure they meet our accessibility goals

• Update our site as accessibility standards evolve

Where we are not yet fully accessible

We're transparent about the fact that some areas of our site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Some of our content was created before we adopted formal accessibility standards, and some third-party tools we use, such as embedded reviews, chat features, payment processors, or marketing pop-ups, are outside our direct control. We are actively working to improve those areas, and we welcome reports of any specific barriers you encounter.
