Shipping and Returns
Shipping Information
★ Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE shipping within the United States.
We ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from carrier shipping times. Each Thinking Presents™ gift set is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives beautifully arranged and ready to gift.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders quickly, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, shipping and delivery are handled by the carrier and are outside of our control. If you experience a delay with your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Thinking Presents LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because our products are curated gift sets, all items are sold as a complete set and cannot be returned or exchanged individually.
We carefully inspect every item before packaging to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.
Returns
If you wish to return your order, the entire gift set must be returned, including all items and original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at:

Returned sets must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging
• Returned with all items included in the set
Partial returns cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: info@thinkingpresents.com
Please include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item
If the item is available, we will gladly send a replacement for the damaged piece.
If a replacement is not available, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:
• Earrings or pierced jewelry
